This immaculate, award winning home is located 28km south of Sydney, in a suburb called Sandy Point. The home is in an envious position, perched upon the banks of a tranquil river; the George’s River. The location of this home allowed the builder many opportunities to engage with the natural surroundings and focus on the green aspects of the design. Vista suggested the use of Elevate™ Aluminium Systems throughout the home. The commercial grade aluminium windows and doors were chosen due to their durability and ability to contain double glazing which enabled the home to be protected against the river’s elements.
